Role of youths in the Development of Nation

The positive and progressive change is known as development. Development requires various means and resources. Most of all, it requires human manpower/resources. Human resources are the people or group of people with ability skill and knowledge. If there is competent human resource in the country then the country can develop rapidly.
Among them, the active human population from age group (14-59) can play a very important role than the child other adults. They are the young people full of life, energy, strength and ability. They can learn various things in a short period of time as they have the capacity. And they can catch the knowledge/things taught to them very fast. Independent youths are required in the country They can help their family as well as the society to be developed in various aspects.
As we all know Nepal is a country having multi-culture, multi-religion, multi-ethnic and multi-language. People here respect each other and have diversity among each other despite the fact they belong to different culture and religion. Young people of different religions attend the school and college together and gain a lot of knowledge and they actively participate in the development of the society and the nation.
Youths play a great role in the development of the society and the country. The skilled youths can contribute in the development by being in various sectors like in the health sectors and helping the people to recover or by being teachers, engineers, etc. Mainly they shouldn't think about going to abroad either they should think to develop the nation. They should involve in various activities in the society.
Youths are the very important manpower of the country. They can play a great role by first respecting the elders and loving the juniors. They can invest their knowledge in the development work of the nation. Teenage people can involve in social works and help people. They can also get involved in Charity works, can prepare the postcards, pamphlets and distribute them to the people regarding not to do works which harm people in their society and nation like young people being involve in criminal  activities, throwing dust all over the streets which makes the environment polluted and disturbs the health of people.
Also from the political aspects, we can see that youths without parties who have been from the independent are developing the nation. For instance; we can see Balen Shah, he has won and is currently working to make the place clean in kathmandu valley. It is also a roll played by youth in development of the country.
We young people (youths) should also do something for our Nation and Society starting from the school and community.
